What you can type

• A licence number — OB0001095. Leading zeros are optional: OB 1095 finds the same licence.
• An operator name — Stobart. Leave off “Ltd”; matching is on the start of the name.

Your query never leaves your browser. It is held in the part of the address after the #, which browsers do not send to a server, and the lookup is done against static index files. That is also why a search result has no address of its own and is never indexed.
